The food at this location is always cold in evenings after 8:00 PM. I order wings and things chicken taste like its 2 hours old fries also.

Zaxbys used to be soo good. It’s worse and worse every time I try again. Always get my order wrong or something missing. Food quality has declined as well.

Had a very large DoorDash order to pick up. Everything was still warm and correct to the letter. Ny and Clarissa even helped me carry it out to the car without me having to ask. Made what was going to be a rather long process significantly shorter. 10/10

The food was wonderful but what made the experience was Clarissa; she is the kindest person we've ever met. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel special. Give this girl a raise and then some!

Absolutely the worst. If you go here never get the wings and things or any wings what so ever! They literally put one drop of sauce on your wings. Not the first time this is my 7th time calling their store about this issue!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely lost a customer. Will not be going back

I am a doordash driver and deliverer.I showed up to the zaxby's and the manager.I think her name was miss joyce, not certain, but she saw me standing there waiting for the order with the phone in my hand and ignored me. I said, that's my order that you're getting ready.And she continued to ignore me.She took my order to the back instead of putting it on the door dash shelf, and when I told the other lady that was working there that the manager just took my order to the back.She said why I said, I don't know so she went to the back and asked the manager and the manager said, well, homeless people like to steal the food and I said, so are you saying?I look homeless, she said, I said, what I said and the other girl grabbed the food and gave it to me. Then, I had a second order had to go back again and she grabbed my phone out of my hand to make sure that I really was picking up another order.And I told her, I said, do you treat all door dash drivers like this?She said, no, just the ones that look homeless never will.I go there again. Picture for reference.I definitely do not look homeless.

Good stuff,use to be now there more flour than anything.

Ordered a 4 finger plate, got a 3 finger boxed meal. Over 2 dollar difference. Ordered a Zensation zalad got a 8 boneless wing meal. Totally wrong order. After sitting in drive thru for over 10 minutes. Over charged almost 5 dollars. Drive thur person was to busy playing around with other employees to even tell me to pull forward. Might explain alot. I'll drive 5 mins further to another Zaxbys if I want a salad.Check your bags before you give it out the window.

Food was hot, but I ordered a hi-C no ice my cup was full of ice also order 2 side chicken fingers and only got 1 no sauces or straws. Rest of my food was fine.
