I usually like Bojangles, but this location is falling short. Every order made online there is something wrong, either they don't put the right amount of chicken, or the right side item and just give fries. They will also not care about any sauce you choose if it's not honey mustard. Fountain drinks are rarely carbonated and just syrup. You will be lucky to receive hot food with seasoning. Even the kid's meal 2 out of 4 pieces of chicken was only fried skin, no meat. This location has lost its motivation and needs a fresh start. You're better off going to Greer or Inman for Bojangles.

Honestly, it is the worst bojangles in the area. The service sucks. Most employees are rude. The food is either extremely overcooked or undercooked. (I just got chicken that looked and felt like leather with a side of cold, squished, undercooked fries.)

The girl was sooooooooo loud on the headset asking to take my order thru the drive thru - I was like please turn your mic down you’re really really loud - she said we can’t control that. It’s too early in the morning to be that loud.
Surely there has to be a way that the volume on the mic can be adjusted or move the mic back from your mouth - cause it’s too loud!!!!!
This just happened Sunday, 10/13 @ 9am - whoever was on drivethru duty - it was her being over the top too loud.
I’m wondering did she lie and say she couldn’t control the volume ? She was soooooo loud I took time to do a google review about it. 🙄

Everytime I go, something is always wrong with my order. Last time I went, I paid for my food, got my drink and waited. The food of the car behind me (we got the same thing, different sauces) was ready first and the lady gave it to me. I was about to pull away when she asked if I paid. I said yes but I saw the nasty look she gave me. I would have been ok with the different sauce, although I had to eat my chicken without any, but the way she acted just made me realize why I barely go to that Bojangles anymore

This morning I tried to trust BoTime again to send fresh or semi fresh ham out the window. When you cook to much at shift start and it doesn’t sell. Once it dries out the person at the wrap station should know NOT to push out that window. Your paying to much to get jerky when you ordered a simple country ham biscuit. I’m so disappointed because this is happening everytime unless I have time to wait for it fresh
Didn't have what we wanted to order.. and upon checking food shorted us on food due to workers being tired due to low staffing

Food is always great but the young lady working drive through around 530 is hateful. Not saying you have to be excited about taking an order but don't be rude, short, and cut people off. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to Greer from now on.

Very rude customer service today, not sure if the person at the drive thru was just having a bad day but the bad mood rubbed off onto me and my day and it was kind of bummy. I feel like people shouldn’t work in customer service jobs if they don’t know how to leave there problems at the door before they clock in. It makes the service and atmosphere look terrible
