Chaotic this morning at breakfast. Parking lot full of customers from drive thru waiting for orders. When I finally received my order, it was wrong. The person that brought it out wanted to argue about it. Food was ok, but will probably take a break from this place until they get better employees.

Went through the drive thru this morning. I ordered 2 butter biscuits. This is the biscuit I received, look at how greasy The paper is the biscuits was in crumbs. This is very unacceptable. The manager that gave me.my food was a little rude cashier was nice.. I didn’t see an option to post the picture.

Depending on who is working, it's a good atmosphere.It's a good place, they get good service.You got your employees that don't really want bothered by the customer, but other than that, it's a regular bojangles

Well it should come as a surprise to no one that this location is without a doubt, one of the worst in the upstate. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through, just to be told to pull around and wait up front for our order (it’s a MONDAY night, btw). I wait for five more minutes, then decided to park and go in for our order. They hadn’t even started on it! The rude girl up front (with long nails, handling food without gloves 🤢) asked what my order was, then proceeded to tell me they were out of one of the items and it’d be another 10 minutes. Pathetic staff working tonight (June 9th at 6:30). The owner should be embarrassed.

First of all this location is *normally* very good, so I was surprised to have this particular experience. I went with a co-worker to get breakfast on 6/1 around 6:30 a.m and told the person working the drive thru that I had two seperate orders, which was taken fine. We pull up to the window and after I asked about some jelly and a side of honey mustard she kept going off about how the side of sauce would be 53 cents extra, this is the first time they've ever charged for sauce which I thought was odd they were so worried about now, but whatever (She did forget the jelly in the midst of this) so she swiped my card and gave me both bags. Which I thought was off considering the second order wasn't paid for, or so I thought. The other person wanted sauce too so she took his card and swiped it for a grand total of 53 cents. Confused at this point at not thinking the second order was paid for we drove off. Now to the food, I guess they had not been very busy that morning, because the biscuit and fries tasted like and had the quality of something that was cooked 45+ minutes prior, most likely at or shortly after opening at 5, and had been sitting under heat lamps until I ordered. I've never had such poor food quality from this location. But the true issue of this, come to find out later that day when I checked my bank that she swiped my card for BOTH orders. First of all when I said there was TWO seperate orders who in their right mind would think that they were being paid for by the same person, as everything would just be on one order at that point. Well at least common sense to most people it would indicate two seperate payments. But this lady was so concerned about charging extra for some sauce that it affected her ability to function and do her job correctly. Even worse is she seemed like a team lead or manager of some sort, which makes her screwup that much worse. Now I've got to try to get my money back from someone who I don't know that well as they're new to working with me and hope they send me the money for their order, all because the lady working the drive thu was too incompetent to do her job.

I’m here at 8:55 pm and they are closed. The food is never fresh and I eat here because it’s convenient but this is outrageous. This is the absolute worst location and they should shut it down.
