So they get my order wrong and I come up to the drive-thru and tell them I have a remake for a order they messed up and the receipt and the name of the manager and I see the manager was just unprofessional for the attitude and defensive demeanor when one only comes to get a remake that they messed up we talked about I worked it out but she seemed like she wasn't serious and acting like a child, also telling men how I should have said it the better way to understand quicker, regardless you don't bring an attitude when you're simply confused 🤔😕 not going back

I had the best experience EVER at any fast food restaurant today! Today, I was having a very rough day because my son (who passed 9 years ago) has a birthday in 2 days. No one in the drive thru knew that I had a rough day thinking and celebrating it today. However, when I went to the first window, the first lady gave me a crown without even asking. At the second window, the second lady was so kind and patient with me. The customer service was just out of this world and she did everything she could to cheer me up when she saw that I was down. Thank you so much from one grieving mom!
