Very disrespectful management fair skin black lady nasty attitude I just purchased side of gravy pulled off checks bag the gravy too watery I preceded back to drive thru just to get refund she rudely stated what you get it for then wow how disrespectful also she preceded to say it was only $1.42 thanks to her I will not be returning and spending my money at this establishment I’m sure she has been disrespectful to customers before she needs to be investigated asap

The cashier Miracle, (and I think manager??) is absolutely the BEST person I have ever met in a food establishment. Her service is always so prompt, friendly, and as I go there daily, she's always has a surprising amount of energy for 5am in the morning! I love coming here and will continue to go as long as she is there!

So apparently at Hardee’s, 300 reward points = a whopping $2.49 off. Not the free 4-pack cinnamon raisin biscuits the app leads you to believe… just $2.49. Total bait-and-switch.

And here’s where it really went off the rails:
The GM kept asking me, “Well… does it say free?”
Ma’am… when every other 300-point item is free, yes—it's kind of implied. What it definitely didn’t say was “Congrats, here’s a discount smaller than a gas station coffee.”

Then she asked if I still wanted it—after my 300 points were already gone.
Then she scanned it on her own phone and proudly announced, “See? It’s only $2.49,” as if that somehow proved I wasn’t being misled.

This is exactly how you lose loyal customers—misleading rewards and management doubling down instead of fixing it.

Food was okay.
Mary at the register? Absolute gem.
If not for her, this would be a 1-star “don’t walk, RUN” warning.

I stopped in on Saturday morning to get 10 biscuits for work and my order was wrong. I ordered 4 gravy and 6 sausage and egg. The girl handed me my bag and I could tell there weren't 4 gravy boxes in there so how did she not know. The girl placing orders in bag ( who i believe her name is miracle ) was so busy on her phone that she didn't even check it. This morning I stopped again for breakfast and same old girl (miracle) standing there on her phone texting instead of taking care of customers. Its a shame that phones are so much important than taking of the customers and being present for a job that clearly you signed up for. Put the phones down while customers are in line whether it be drive thru or inside.

I love the dine in but drive thru services cold and hard biscuits went to the drive thru twice everything cold and biscuits hard will not go back!!!

I don’t understand why every time I come here. The food is absolutely disgusting. The employees are OK. As far as their attitudes go. The atmosphere is a little musty smelling and Last but not least the sweet tea is always sour no matter what. Which is a major red flag

Literally ordered a large dr.Pepper and a large fry. The fries have been sitting out for a while and were cold. I will NEVER come back here. No wonder Hardee’s is going out of business. They have horrible employees.
