Ordered again on a Friday night. Pizza came quickly (before the estimated time) And the driver warned me to be careful because it was hot! Imagine that! Hot delivery! Delicious again!! Thanks for the quick service, and by a friendly, smiling driver.

I had bad service last time.you sent me a free pizza card.i spent 10 min.on the phone to order it.transfered 3x and the young girl says..well we are busy and under staffed.do u want the pizza or not.i went with not.i didnt want spit in my pizza.such a bad attitude.going to lil ceasars now.not my 1st choice but atleast service is good.

We ordered a pizza Sunday night..it took over an hour. When it got here it was cold. It was 9:00 and I didn't want to call to get a new one. Very disappointed. We order all the time and this time was absolutely the worse. Melted cheese and toppings under the pizza. Like it was flipped upside down and flipped back over.

I have never experienced such a terrible time trying to order a pizza for delivery, spent over an hour on the phone. A recently purchased gift card did not work, my debit card of over 15 years didn't work because the automated system kept adding an extra digit. On- line is unable to use both a gift card and debit card for the same order as it's one or the other but not both. Finally reached the store but the order disappeared as I was talking to the employee, by this time it's too late. A real comedy show...

We usually get a couple pizza's from here at least 2 or 3 times a month, if not more. This last time we got what seemed to be mayonnaise on our pizza. Perhaps someone mistook it for Alfredo sauce, I don't know. The manager seemed clueless. The other pizza on the order wasn't much better. I've got about $20 in papa dough but I'm not sure if it's worth chancing our time and money on more second rate pizza. Papa Johns used to be great pizza. Now it's neck and neck with Domino's! Might as well save money and just go to Domino's. 🤷♂️

I called to place an order so my childs school got credit for a fundraiser they were doing. The order never got put in and their excuse was a call center takes the orders and it wasn't their fault it didn't get put in. Then another guy asked me what I had. I told him thinking he was actually making the pizza waited around for another 15 minutes and another guy comes up and asked me what my name was again. I said is anybody making the pizza and they said no we can't without a ticket. I am in your restaurant ordering pizza you have no ticket come through so why cant u ring me up in the store. you still have not made a ticket or made the pizza. I literally have the phone call on my phone and theres on one store in Lyman i asked was this the right location and two ppl said yes. So five of you guys literally stand around and walk around doing nothing while I sit there waiting on two pizzas that none of fhe 5 can ring in. If theres no ticket than How hard is it to just put the order in. Nope, still have no supper for my child and will never again support papa johns. I know noone will care but i hope it at least lowers there rating so people don’t order.
They lost my order. Had me going around the driveway. Then, I had to park and wait. 🤨😒

The employees don't really make me comfortable around my food especially the fact I know they have to touch it everyone just about had some type of long hair or a beard with no hairnet and I didn't ask for extra cheese but they put it on there SMH

Last night was my worst experience ever me and a driver from papa John’s called numerous times only to be hung up on and put on hold because I needed to use my card to pay for the delivery. I won’t be ordering from you guys any more.
