How this location has gone downhill... At one time we ordered from this location weekly as I sit here in the takeout line for 28min and not a car has moved. This is my second time back to pick up a pizza ordered over an hour ago.

I had bad service last time.you sent me a free pizza card.i spent 10 min.on the phone to order it.transfered 3x and the young girl says..well we are busy and under staffed.do u want the pizza or not.i went with not.i didnt want spit in my pizza.such a bad attitude.going to lil ceasars now.not my 1st choice but atleast service is good.

We ordered a pizza Sunday night..it took over an hour. When it got here it was cold. It was 9:00 and I didn't want to call to get a new one. Very disappointed. We order all the time and this time was absolutely the worse. Melted cheese and toppings under the pizza. Like it was flipped upside down and flipped back over.

I have never experienced such a terrible time trying to order a pizza for delivery, spent over an hour on the phone. A recently purchased gift card did not work, my debit card of over 15 years didn't work because the automated system kept adding an extra digit. On- line is unable to use both a gift card and debit card for the same order as it's one or the other but not both. Finally reached the store but the order disappeared as I was talking to the employee, by this time it's too late. A real comedy show...
