We ordered pizza last night at 11pm The call center took my order and LUCKILY I was going to pay cash. By 1am our pizza had not come. I called this morning only to get the run around about why it wasn’t delivered and AMBER the manager was very rude and hung up me. The issue has not been resolved and no one was willing to explain to me why they didn’t tell me they voided my order. I could have ordered from somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND’

I ordered 45 minutes ahead for a pick up only to have to wait another 45 minutes in a 8 car line because the carry out after dark which is at 1700 is wait in a one window pickup. So it’s 1900 and they don’t have a walk up window so it will be 90 minutes since ordering then driving to pick it up my self. Not worth it.

We ordered food at 4:34pm and spoke to a 3rd party that takes orders and told her I wanted it delivered and she asked for my address. After waiting an hour for our food I called back and the store employee answered. He said I placed the order as carry out and I told him it was ordered as a delivery. After giving him my address, he assured me that it would be delivered ASAP. I waited another hour and my husband called back now at 7pm and the employee who answered said he never got my address but I gave it to him in the previous call. My husband then asked to speak to the manager who said he would refund our money after waiting for 3 1/2 hours, he wouldn't even give us anything but a refund. I will never order from Papa John's again ? this is the worst customer service, I understand it was a mistake but at least try to make up for it.

Last night I pulled up & ordered an Pepperoni XL with Jalapeno bites, I get home start eating the pizza & my stomach starts to hurt, fast forward to 3 am, I am awake throwing up the pizza I ate a few hours ago! I usually am a happy customer with this location but clearly something did not sit right with the pizza & my stomach.

Pick up is recommended. Delivery is usually over an hour. Pretty decent for chain pizza.

The staff was very friendly. As we pulled up to the drive thru, maybe 6 minutes after ordering. She took our money and apologized that it was taking so long. She was literally pulling the pizzas out of the oven. I don't know why she apologized. Was polite, friendly, and as fresh as it gets. The reason I am leaving a review is because when my wife opened the box she said it was a picture perfect pizza! Great job! Was delicious and fresh! Still the best crust around!

Trash Awful Gross I wouldnt recommend cockroaches to eat there they need to do something this is absolutely ridiculous like idk if they sell all the real ingredients an then buy some great value ingredients (worse) then great value I just don’t know anymore they really just need to close the place down .
