“This location is amazing. Food was HOT AND FRESH. The employees were very professional and patient and answered any questions I had. Got the cheddar burger and the bacon was CRISPY, not soggy like some of these other places. Fries were not greasy and salted to perfection. Prices were very reasonable was less than $20 for two meals with no drinks. Will definitely be stopping by here more often. Please give these people a raise. Would have added a photo but I gobbled up the food.“

“I stopped by with my family from a very long drive. We were all starving. I placed an Order but because they were super busy, it took forever to get my order ready. I must admit, I was really annoyed by the delay and also, they got a part of my order wrong. However, the management was super nice and courtius. They got my Order ready, apologized for the delay and also gave me a full refund for my entire order. I was very cool throughout the situation, neither did I make a scene for the order getting delayed but the team management was very very kind to just give me the full refund without even asking for it. They also offered free fountain drinks for us while we were waiting and constantly apologized for it.

10/10 for the team work and management. I learned something new about customer service management.“

“Was in there about 30 minutes ago and the young man who was working the front at the time was very very polite, gave great customer service and would definitely come back just for an overall good experience. I didn’t get his name but I believe he worked in the kitchen and was just up front helping but was a young man. McDonald’s didn’t have the pumpkin pie twice when I went to order it but the employees at Arby’s had it ready and it was delicious, I’m sure it tasted way better than the McDonald’s ones anyways.“
