“I was visiting the area and accidentally ordered carry out from a neighboring towns store and couldn’t come get it. The young man who answered the phone when I called to tell them I would not be able to pick it up offered to bring it to my hotel after his shift because although it was outside the delivery area, it was on his way home. That is the kind of service that should be rewarded. It’s also the type of human the world needs more of, and the pizza delivered was also delicious. I was not able to add a tip to my credit card because dominos no longer does this at the time of handoff? I’m very disappointed by this. The kindness he showed was more profoundly timed than he could ever know. An experience that creates loyalty to your company whether you like pizza or not. Thanks again to this young man whose name I was too exhausted to remember.“

“I would love to give 5 stars. The lady that answered the phone when i FINALLY got through to the local restaurant was very understand and polite when I called with my issue. I believe her name was Sage. I explained we paid $6 delivery fee then tipped another $6 only to have to go to the store anyways to pickup the missing item. I was upset and she was calm and polite the entire time. Apparently the young man doing the deliveries didn’t double check our order. The food was good and delivered in a timely manner. I’m just tired of paying delivery fees and tipping only to have to go to the store anyways. This is not the first time it’s happened. Aside from that we are very pleased.**** Check your order before the driver leaves!!! ****
Update: My son went to the store and said the lady at the counter the counter was also very polite and gave us a credit for next time to cover our delivery. I’ve updated the rating to reflect the service. The food would be 5 stars if they added more sauce.“
