The customer service is horrible here. The guy that looks like little Nas X was very rude to me this evening when I placed my order. There were two guys standing around on the phone looking stupid .
Pull up to the drive thur there was no greeting just we only taking Cash wow no one said GM Thank you for choosing Bojangles can I take your order then when I started ordering she said did you hear what I said well of course ma’am that’s the first thing you said no greeting no GM then she said I should have said okay no ma’am she refused to take my order ask for manager she said they are private owned and she will

I was at Bojangles Sunday. Got my order wrong thru drive thru. Had 3 people ask me what I ordered. Took 45 minutes sitting in car to get it. 3 girls at the window dancing around like it was a party. Kitchen was filthy and got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that was black when I opened it and the paper it was wrapped in was brown grease on it. This is not the first time.
