Went through drive thru, got the Asian salad 2 veg egg rolls one grilled chicken sandwich, you can keep it all! More brown wilted lettuce than in my refrigerator, soggy egg rolls,that were also cold, just overall a big disappointment! Looks nothing like the ad so you can keep it, we will take our business elsewhere!
The salad was just awful and the veggies roll was burnt and tasted nasty and the tender meal was even awful as well tasted old and the fries was cold and salty it wasn't busy and this was the service I got. I couldn't believe it never

Food was great but The toast is always hit or miss. ZAXBY'S really needs to adopt the practice to make sure the toast is fresh and buttery. It's their staple yet never consistent.
