Southern Restaurants near Mcconnells

“Nice chic country restaurant. Vibe is open, clean, and friendly with some fun decor. Servers were friendly and available. Family loved the food. Lot of fried options - fried okra, fried tomatoes, fried onions - would have liked some more non fried options. Brisket and dishes well received by family. As a vegetarian, would have liked to see a beyond burger but salad was delicious. Not a great place if you want to see lower plastic use - we counted 15 individual plastic cups for sauces - good opportunity for more table sauces which could save the restaurant money and save the planet. Coffee with Baileys huge hit though, not on the menu. Overall we had a really nice evening and would recommend.“

“Everything was great up until the end. Cleanup started a little early (in my opinion). We hadn't quite finished and the bleach came to the two tables next to us. Bleach is good, but the smell really messes up the flavor of everything you eat amd drink, especially when it's that strong and less than 2 feet away.“
