Waffle House was packed this morning, and the entire staff was working together as a team to produce a large amount of orders for those dinning in and taking out. The servers & cooks were working at an accelerated pace yet were very attentive to all customers and very friendly. The food was delicious & cooked perfectly!
I am a regular customer at this particular Waffle House. The staff that knows me will usually start my order when they see me pull into the driveway. I almost expect them to say “hey Norm” when I walk in the door. Cool right?
Since CoVID created a “gimme” culture, the service is like a broken water heater, might be hot, might be cold. I understand that sometimes, there are staffing issues. This morning was not the case. They actually had an extra person there when...read full review
