“The shrimp omelet was absolutely amazing, I had to simply close my eyes and melt into my seat after the first bite. The Biscuit was a little dense for my liking and the grits weren't creamy, they were pretty watery and gritty. My husband liked his sweet heat chicken a lot and the sausage gravy biscuits he loved. The vanilla coffee was way too milky, couldn't even taste any coffee. The service was great, the young black male with braids who waited our table was friendly, attentive and quick. I would certainly go back.“
“Excellent pork chop! Every restaurant at Charleston Place Hotel has great meat and PC is no exception. Service was friendly and atmosphere was appropriate for the cafe-if looking for more luxe go to the Charleston Grill or Thoroughbred Club. Palmetto Cafe fit the bill for what we were looking for!“
“Good old southern breakfast place with all the goodies and sweet things and bacon, apple fritter pancakes, and the best thing that I had was something called Sin City grits. These say regrets are made with good old southern bacon grease, bacon bits Gouda cheese tomatoes and green onions and it's truly something you just have to get every great once in a while to remind you of your Southern Roots“
“A great breakfast spot if you are in the mood to indulge! Our waitress Angela M. was excellent and friendly, she offered us complimentary beignets for our first visit that were absolutely delicious! This location has a nice locals feel to it and appeared to be very neat and clean. A wide variety of traditional breakfasts and sweet treats are offered as well as mimosas and crafted cold brew coffees! I chose a salted caramel cold brew paired with the apple fritter french toast!“
