Had enjoyable dinner experience and the following morning breakfast buffet. The food for both was delicious and plentiful.

The food was good, but a little over priced.. Great views but nothing special outside of that

Thank you to our server for taking care of my family's needs and to all other staff who made our visit very enjoyable 👍🏾

The fish house was an OK experience. Nothing too crazy to complain about. Just not as nice as we would've expected to be right next-door to the our resort. The view out the window of the harbor, bridge, and USS Yorktown was great. Our server was kind and attentive. The food was nothing to write home about. It was good, but not great. The drinks were a little weak. For convenient place to go on our first night at the resort, it was fine. Tried to return the next morning for breakfast, and we were sorely disappointed. It was a cheap looking buffet that wasn't much better than the free breakfast you might get at a hotel. We opted to make other plans. So, overall, it's a fine place for dinner, but nothing special outside the views. Don't bother for breakfast.

The view is fantastic; even if they didn't serve food, it's worth the trip. Food was very good and the service excellent. A minor problem is that there are few signs to indicate where to park for the restaurant. Waze brings you to parking far away from restaurant. Go to the western side of parking lot if a long walk is to be avoided.

My fiancé and I enjoyed a wonderful meal there this weekend. The atmosphere is amazing you can sit and look at the view of the river and the ship. The service was so delightful, we had a waitress Taylor who assisted us with what was on the menu. She was so polite and friendly. Shd nade sure we had what we needed. This was our first time visiting Charleston and we will definitely come again. Hope we see Taylor again

Didn't go in & eat. I'm not paying $10 to park then go in & spend more money.

First off, if you're a fish house in Charleston, you should be excellent. That was not my experience. The shrimp & grits were awful, oily no cream to the grits & sliced onion & bell peppers on top, NO! I took 2 bites of overcooked shrimp and sent it back. To top it off, my dish was room temp like it had been sitting on a shelf without warming lights. I got the she crab soup & it barely had any crab and was the shallowest bowl I have ever had at a restaurant, more like a cup. No bread with the meal, which was weird and the crackers for the soup were 2 packs of Ritz (no oyster crackers allowed here!) My hubby got the fried cod and the breading was thicker than the fish, but at least it was flaky and not overcooked. The fries were fine just not hot and the coleslaw had broccoli in it (weird).
Our server was very nice & I did not get charged for my food.
Save your money & go elsewhere.

We ate here on vacation to SC for lunch. I had the fish and chips and my husband ordered the grouper sandwich. We were both happy with the meal and fast and friendly service. The waitress was very professional. I also loved the gift shop attached. Where we were seated we could see the water. It was a great experience.

Food was ok, fish was a little undercooked on the thicker side, indicating they cooked it too fast. Shrimp was excellent though. Ambiance was excellent as you have a view into the harbor and can see the USS Yorktown as well as the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge.

The food and service were great. Maybe because it was lunch on a weekday, but the restaurant was nearly empty so very quiet and no ambience. Great view and a nice restaurant - I suspect weekends and dinner are a different story and the place is much more lively.

Food was very good and there was a good selection to choose from. Very helpful server. Nice location right on the water with a nice view. Floor to ceiling windows offers views but when sun is setting it shines in on the tables by the glass so don't sit there if you are sensitive to sun/light.
