One of our favorite places to eat outside in Charleston, especially with kids. Get a pizza and salad from the walk up window, grab a drink, let the kids run around, and enjoy. Also, you can grab ice cream at the trailer next door if your kid stops playing long enough to actually eat their food.

Good cold beer and wine, waited over an hour for pizza that never came out. Bar tender did comp our drinks, and we went elsewhere for a take and bake for the kids. They were busy and know things get missed. We will try again.

Always a great experience at Coastal Crust. I have used them both personally and for events. Purchased well over 100 pizzas and never had a bad one or an order done incorrectly.
Dining in has been a consistent disappointment in the last 6 months. I think their online orders take priority. The last 3 times have been over an hour wait after ordering (they’ll tell you 25 min). The sporadic timing of bringing out our food makes no sense. The quality is hit or miss. My family loves the pizza, but I think it’s floppy and burned.

Mediocre pizza ruined by the taste of burnt crust. The play place, where the tables are, is a plus for those with kids. Ice cream place I'm the parking lot is another plus. The pizza is not the thing I'd come here for.
Pizza was pretty good. First visited this place in Jan 2024 when it was really cold. Only outside seating, which was a little unbearable for me and my kids due to the cold weather. There was one seating area that had a fire pit. I would probably visit this place again when it’s a little warmer.Parking: If they are busy, you might find it a little difficult to find parking since they share parking with a coffee shop, which was packed when we visited Coastal Crust.

The pizza is great, but service really sucks and our take out pizza was extremely cold. I even asked for a side of sauce and they said "Sorry, we don't do that." Recommend going to Orlando's Pizza instead (its both in Mt. Pleasant and in down town Charleston.

NO stars would not recommend!!! Staying at a resort 5 min from here. Ordered pizza to go, left soon after to pick up. The pizza was COLD!! They didn’t even bother keeping it warm. Because we were in a resort we had no way to eat said cold and soggy pizza! Mt husband asked for a side of Ranch and I as rudely rood thru four carry it as if his question was a bother! Poor food quality and customer service! Word will be spread on my social media accounts!!
