I was surprised when the order-taker said my order would be ready in 1hr40 min. I repeated the wait time…it was confirmed. When picked up in that time, the young woman disgustedly said it’s been ready for a long time! And one of them seemed excessively salty. Hrmph
This place used to be better. We ordered, in person, two pizzas for takeout. 40 minutes goes by and nothing. So I asked if they knew how much longer and they went to check. She comes back 5 minutes later and tells me that it will be another 5 to 10 minutes. So over 50 minutes for two pizzas.
She said they were understaffed but I work in a restaurant too and if the orders are taking almost an hour due to staff issues, the right thing to do is to let the customers know that...read full review
A lot of their specialty pizzas are easily made vegan. The crust is great. The pizza is pretty good. Good place to hang out with omnivores.
