Dulce Churros, Ice Cream and Cocktails

The place is cute has a ton of decor and pretty tables. The dubai strawberries were disappointing. Barely any chocolate or pistachio it was just the dry thing and almost no chocolate and strawberries.
The magonada was good. The churros were pretty yummy with the flavors. The ice cream was good also.

Nice atmosphere and cute decoration.
The cocktails are colorful and good in taste.
The crepe, we took was very good (we are French so we know what we talk about) and it was a great surprise.
We even got to try the Hot Chocolate with whipped cream, delicious.

They have the cutest cocktails! We got churros and they were super hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the decor is to die for.

We must of came in right when it was time to close cause everyone was cleaning and breaking down things. We ordered some ice cream and a piece of cheesecake. The lady gave us a look as if she didn't want to cut it. She literally started at the case for a couple of seconds before deciding to cut it. I get it, your ready to close, but the least thing she could do was smile and not have an attitude! This was are first time there too. The ice cream was great but the cheesecake has too much lemon or lime in it!

Every single time I come here they never have anything. Churro machine is always broke or they don’t have sauces for ice cream. Also my cousin is half Mexican and asked for the “Mexican ice cream” and they gave her plain vanilla. Not to mentioned we ordered, the girl walked away and started doing something else, another girl proceeded to come up and asked if we had been taken care of. When this place first opened it was fabulous! It has really gone down hill in the last year. Sad it was so good!

I’ve never left a review before because i’ve never been this annoyed by service. To start, it is quite expensive. Aside from that, I ordered a reese’s milkshake and my girlfriend got her own food. We waited like 20 minutes and her food came out but my milkshake wasn’t there and they said it would come out later. After twenty more minutes of waiting, we went up to ask what was up and they had brought the milkshake to the wrong table and would have to remake mine. So after about 15 more minutes of waiting, they brought me a milkshake that i didn’t ask for and at this point i just wanted to leave. So in conclusions, I had to wait nearly an hour for something i didn’t want, and since you pay beforehand i was giving absolutely no compensation or even an apology.

Don’t get the sundae and expect a sundae. Different flavors of ice cream stacked in a cup with a straw? 0/10. Did not even eat it and threw it away. Thumbs down.

OMG this place is amazing. Get there and have some Biscoff and Hazelnut types ice cream (the best) and churros are FN delicious! The only thing I'd recommend or ask is: why churro take so long? I love that its fresh, but like I've waited almost half an hour for a churro once...and by then my ice cream is ate and ... that confuses my palate. Pls fix if possible.

Attempted to celebrate daughter’s birthday here, was unaware that Dulce was connected to a restaurant. The staff between the two are incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I was led to believe that Dulce could handle large parties after calling and speaking to multiple associates so that her day went smoothly without a hitch. However, after we arrived and were seated a different associate told us that “if we were not here to eat any of the Anejas Tacos and Tequila’s food, to leave and free up the table for other guests” Mind you it was a slow Sunday evening and barely anyone else was there. All the servers went back and forth for nearly an hour doing everything in their power to discourage us from being there. No one attempted to serve us. We were ignored & forced to get up and go to the Dulce side of the establishment ourselves and order. For the sake of my daughter we bought ice cream quickly, sang happy birthday to her and left. Do not spend a penny here if you are a Black or minority consumer and/or have a large party. Sad that such an aesthetically pleasing business is sullied by terrible service.

Went for a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was very good. The coffee was pretty good too. The service was, uh, not great. They burnt some stuff, ran out of stuff, took very long with things. It really wasn't that busy, so I'm not sure what was going on. I saw some reviews that talked about it being really dirty. Fortunately, we did not see anything like that. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We do want to come back and try some more of their options

Celebrating daughter’s 21st birthday and they totally knoecked it out of the park with their atmosphere, service and drinks! Wow on the Drink presentation!
