Mt. Pleasant East Bay Deli is a very clean friendly environment. The customer service is very helpful. Jen was great in helping me decide what breakfast meal to choose from the varieties that they serve plus the sweet tea is good. I will be back again, this is my 3rd time as a customer.💯
Online order. Food was good. Price was quite high.
Great service and the sandwiches were amazing.
We went later in the evening. Tea was soured, potatoes were old. Sandwiches and desserts were great

East Bay Deli management, staff, and food never disappoints! I had the turkey croissant and it’s an excellent healthy option. The store was clean, very busy, and full of customers.

Just finished my leftovers from yesterday's lunch: Turkey Burger and Broccoli Salad. Was as good as yesterday! Manager at lunchtime was helpful and the service was pretty quick for the crowd. Thanks for the great experience; had never been to this location.

I called in an order around 11:30 and was told it would be ready in about 10–15 minutes. I live around 9 minutes away, so I expected it to be close to ready when I arrived. When I got there, I was told they were only halfway done with my order. No big deal at first — I figured it wouldn’t be much longer.
About 15 minutes later, I overheard one employee ask, “Why is he still sitting there waiting for his order?” Then another 10 minutes passed while multiple customers came in after me, placed dine-in and takeout orders, and received their food before I ever got mine.
At that point I was close to leaving, but a few minutes later an employee came out and apologized, saying they were “having a wacky day” and that she would personally make my order. She also gave me a free cookie for the wait, which I appreciated.
However, the overall experience was frustrating because I still ended up waiting a very long time for a simple pickup order. To make matters worse, while I was there, another customer’s catering order for 15 people was accidentally given to the wrong person.
I understand that busy days happen, but there definitely seem to be issues with order timing, organization, and staffing that need attention.

Went there today and their chicken Charleston. sandwich was horrible. They didn’t even put salsa on it. The staff was rude. It was one of my favorite sandwiches, but now I will never eat there again

The salad bar has almost all the vegetables and fruits that I love on a salad! My sister didn't like it because she wanted to make her own salad instead of the employee serving the salad bar themselves. In other words, I don't put the spinach on my plate...the employee asks me what and how much and they put it on, as I watch them do it. I don't know why they do it that way, but fo $10 for 1 trip & $12 for multiple trips, I don't mind.

They got my order wrong I asked for Turkey and ham, they forgot my ham and a Turkey slice was so thick. I did not like the salad bar because it out by the public

Love their salad bar in the roast beef sandwiches to die for
Ordered a hot pastrami on toasted rye with honey mustard double switch cheese and raw onions and the sandwich is barely toasted and cold like refrigerator cold
