I loved firehouse subs years ago and have just recently gone back. This was my second time in the last month and had similar experiences both times so feel I should comment. First, the food was sub par… roll was not toasted, they claim it was but I’m not an idiot, it was not toasted and was cold. The meat on the sandwich was a lot less than what they used to put on there, was not hot and extra thick slices (I guess to cut down on how many slices they have to make). They ask if you want a pickle, I said no, the check says no, but they still put on there (not a big deal but just goes to overall lack of attention and details). Sauce bar was gross, dried up sauce in bottles and dirty bottles from dirty hand grabbing them and new bottles that I had to open the safety seal on (why wouldn’t you go ahead and open that). Bathroom was dirty snd paper towel holder broken and soda machine dirty. If you don’t keep the guest areas clean, would hate to see the employee only areas. Also several of the employees seemed to have zero sense of urgency, even while there were 6-7 people waiting on food. Overall just not well run store. Will not be going back here.

30 min wait on a Monday at noon, don’t waste your time if you have a tight lunch break.

Horrible service like listen to what someone tells you !! I order extra meat was given none , the Mac and cheese side came out souping and had a tainted taste , and literally didn’t bother to stuck up the drink machine till every last thing ran dry !! They play around and keep up with there job upper management needs to check on these people more they are not up to standards

I received incredibly horrible service from an employee named Harrison. He was disrespectful, demeaning, and overall rude to me. This experience has left me shocked as I used to love Firehouse subs. I don’t think I will be able to shop here after this experience. Truly appalled

I was served by Harrison worst service I’ve ever gotten and he was high out of his mind I would recommend mandatory testing. He was so rude and laughed at me. Do better

I frequent this place twice a week at least normally the subs are really good. The last couple times they’ve had way too much fat on the sandwich. I mentioned this to the manager and he just said I got you.?? OK, I don’t know what that means. Thanks anyway. Probably not going back.

Food taste and availability in size is dwindling, the true ability and patrons ability to bring these DELICIOUSLY looking foods back to life have dwindled tremendously,
Meaning I will not longer patronize this business until things are brought back to its original standards 🙃.
