Had to use the app to use an offer and the app was slow and cumbersome. Sandwiches were good but I prefer standing there adding on ingredients and watching the sandwich being made. Was pricey imo compared to other “fast” food, especially the drinks but I loved the pick your soda machine. Service was very slow

I was visiting from Maryland and tried Firehouse Subs for the first time. I absolutely loved it. The food is so good and fresh. I visited 3 times before coming back to Maryland. I was happy to find a Firehouse Subs in my area.

This place is awful. It’s always backed up. I literally just walked in and the lady basically turned me away saying it’s gonna be a 30 minute wait. Who is running this place? It’s mind numbing how some people operate 😡😡😡. Do not go here if you value your time AT ALL. And btw, I NEVER write reviews. NEVER

I just tried calling this location for the past 16 minutes with no answer and their voicemail is full…(9/17 from 12:45pm-1:01pm)
Placed online order at 12:32pm on 9/15 and was provided a pickup time of 1pm by Firehouse Subs. Arrived at 1pm and didn’t the receive food until 1:20pm. I would not have ordered based on a 1:20pm pick up time due to my scheduled events that afternoon. They turned away ALL walk-in orders from 1:00pm until I left. I counted six customers that came in and left. I asked for my order to be canceled due to wait time instead of receiving my food. It took the cashier over 5 minutes to try and figure out how to process the refund from the Firehouse app order and the food “miraculously” became ready at 1:20pm while trying to get my refund so I could leave. The General Manager responded to me with “tough luck” per his email below. They took my order and money and didn't do what they said they would, and will not refund my order. Order at your own risk or better yet, go somewhere else, especially if you want to eat without having to wait an hour for a soggy sandwich.

Ralph took care of me today. His upbeat attitude and attention to detail were spot on. He even asked if I wanted mushrooms instead of onions in my sub after I expressed I couldn't eat onions and brought my meal to me personally at my table. The food was tasty (as per usual) but the service definitely elevated my dine in experience! Ralph deserves a raise!

Tereze is the most incredibly awesome Firehouse employee I have ever had the privilege of meeting. His hospitality is just flat out awesome! The food was excellent also.

Courteous staff, although it seems like the go through amount staff as it’s usually someone different every time we go there. We have a large family sometimes with a complex order but they are attentive to get it right—this is much appreciated, especially for the little ones. Cleanliness inside could be better often times, but I believe this goes back to the staffing issue and how many patrons they have going through there all day.

I just have to say one thing. Do not send out an order unless it is ready to be picked up. I am an Uber driver and have been waiting for about 10-20 minutes. My person was in much of a hurry to get their food and it inconvenienced them. They weren't really that busy today, they have about maybe 9 people sitting in the restaurant. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but please do not call a driver unless the order is ready. Thanks!

The manager refused service during business hours and while the store doors were still open. He made me wait while I checked the menu and as soon as was ready to order, he said that the store was closed. Extremely rude

45 minute wait. Three people out. Owner/Franchisee not behind the counter helping. Nevertheless, still taking delivery, online, and in-person orders (I sat there for 45 minutes)....The person that made this decision should have been making sandwiches or closed down some or all of the online/delivery/in-person options....The two young people there were working hard. Sunday 4/24/24.
