I cannot believe yall dropped the ball yesterday at 5pm. This is what separates companies that stand behind providing customer service and ones that fly a false flag.
You accepted our confirmation in April and with your failure of logistics or scheduling still didn't go the extra mile to satisfy a customer that has used you several times for events.

We came in from out of town for my daughter’s wedding in Charleston, and Dish and Design handled the catering. They did an outstanding job. The food was excellent, everything was set up on time, and the staff was professional from start to finish. They made the whole process easy, and it was one less thing we had to worry about on a busy weekend. We had a lot of guests comment on how good the food was.
