Firehouse Subs Mt Pleasant offers a convenient dining experience with courteous staff, although the high turnover rate can be noticeable. Despite occasional cleanliness issues, the restaurant strives to accommodate large or complex orders, especially for families with children. The food is so good and fresh, with great people and delicious hot lunches that keep customers coming back. The service definitely elevates the dine-in experience, with staff like Ralph and Tereze providing upbeat attitudes, attention to detail, and excellent hospitality.
