My family of 5 was not greeted and did not feel welcomed. We are not from here and obviously didn’t know what the sizes were or how they “slabbed” the ice cream together. Customer service is a key factor, and this place has failed in terms of that. They looked at us like we were idiots because we didn’t know what we wanted right off the bat. After ordering, all of the staff disappeared into the back, and was never seen again. I do not recommend.
