I dined here for lunch today. Their Lunch Special is very good and I highly recommend it. I brought a friend here to celebrate her birthday and they gave her a complimentary birthday baklava. Service and food was great and I recommend people to go here for lunch!

The food is amazing. The short rib was the best I’ve ever had and the portions, appetizers to desserts are very generous. Friendly staff. Prompt service. This one goes on the rotation. No brainer.

My friend and I hadn’t seen each other in a very long time. I suggested having dinner at Taverna since Philosophia and Taverna are my favorite restaurants in Mount Pleasant.. My friend was so excited because she hadn’t been there before and I told her,”you will not be disappointed.” Justin, one of the owners, greeted me at the door with a big welcome back as I had been away for three months in New Jersey. I introduced him to my friend Brantlee, and she told him she was very excited to try the food since she loved the food at Philosophia. We started with an appetizer of Kataifi Shrimp, which Justin suggested for Brantlee and I ordered half a dozen delicious oysters. She loved the shrimp and couldn’t wait for the entrée. Brantlee ordered the Tagliatelle which was absolutely scrumptious and I ordered the seared scallops, which are always the best. I was so happy to see my friend enjoy the incredible food and attention that the staff and Justin always provides. We finished the night off with a delicious dessert that Justin sent to the table as a courtesy. How much better can it get? Once again, I can’t say enough good things about Justin and Dimitri, both owners work so hard to delight their customers. Thank you, Justin for a wonderful evening for my friend and I. ❤️

Nice atmosphere, food was delicious, server was very friendly and knowledgeable of menu. Wait staff was very attentive with water refills. Would definitely come back!
Star only taken because after dinner we sat for a pretty long time before dessert order and to get check after dessert. We were there for 2.5 hours as a 2 top. To add I also realized the next day we didn’t get the salad with ‘the feast’

Our first time here. Best rated restaurant in Mount Pleasant. Just as good as Downtown Charleston. Very creative and delicious. Super friendly service from our wait staff. It was very early and we popped in without a reservation.

Super great dining experience!!! Jack was our server and made my 22nd birthday truly an unforgettable dinner!! Enjoyed everything we ate, personally the salmon was my favorite but then you must enjoy a dessert here as well they’re all phenomenal!! Do not miss out from this AMAZING food!!
