TCBY Belle Hall is a great spot for frozen yogurt with a clean environment and nicely decorated. The staff, including Charlee, are known for their kind and amazing customer service. However, there was an instance where a young employee seemed more focused on his phone than the customers. Overall, it's a recommended place for toppings-loving kids and adults seeking a sweet treat.
