Went through drive thru. Had a rude and inconvenienced sounding lady on speaker. Explained to her at least twice that I wanted two chocolate chip cookie sundaes not birthday cake ones. She finally said she understood then I drove to window and she handed me two bday cake ones. I tried to hand them back and tell her we wanted cookie and she proceeded to tell me it was cookie when clearly it wasn’t.
