“I visited on Saturday April 27th around 430pm. When i walked in it was vsry clean and cool. The cashier said welcome to Hatdees. I asked her were the chicken strips were fresh for my daughter. The cook heard me and said sir i will have you some fresh ones in 16 minutes. The entire time the manager on duty was cleaning and smiling. When our fod was ready the cashier brought it to the table with a smile. I asked her to bring me some extra mayonnaise and ketchup, she replied my pleasure. The steipa were fresh and hot and my combo was amazing. The entire staff should be rewarded. Its sad i have to drive to a different town in order to receive such great service. Thanks guys! The peoples names were Alysia, Tomeka, John and Rico and Mier.“

“Store was clean, staff was attentive, fast, and polite. Area of missed opportunity was staff seems to have not been properly trained in sanitary behavior. Young lady working was texting on her cell phone with gloves on the picked up a crunch wrap supreme with the same gloves and placed it in the press to heat it. Staff needs proper training and consistent management to ensure food safety issues. Cell phones are known to carry mold, fecal matter, as well as thousands of other bacteria causing illnesses. Gloves need replaced and hands washed every time we touch our personal items, skin, hair, raw foods or any other non food item, with hands washed in between gloves replacement.“

“The young lady that took my order was great. Very courteous, well mannered, great attitude and very professional. Made hot fries for me after closing early because business was slow and brought my food out herself. Need to have more workers like her and not people who do not want to work at all.“

“Not sure who was working tonight, but I sat in the drive thru about 15-20 mins. I had to get out & go inside and for the young man to say “they forgot”. I could see customers in the front engaging in more of conversation, which more than likely resulted in the forgetfulness. My food was good, but the service could have been better. First time ever experiencing that at this location.“
