“I went into subway in Walmart-Marion on Saturday 9/19. Paid and ordered my food from the checkout line at Walmart and it was ready by the time I walked over to subway. Awesome!! I ordered 3 footlong subs. When I got home one of the subs had marinara sauce on it which wasn’t what I ordered. It was a pizza sub but I opted out of having marinara on it on the app. When I got home there was a survey in my email. I did the survey and the only negative thing I had to say was that the pizza sub had the marinara sauce on it. (Really we just wanted that one sub for the meat and ordered veggies and oil and vinegar). The co-owner, Stephanie, called me on my cell phone today and wanted to make it right and offered to bring me the replacement. I insisted it was fine and that was not necessary but she insisted she wanted to do it. Evidently they didn’t realize you could opt out of the marinara on the app because of the type of sub it is. I understood and wasn’t upset at all because I know these things happen. She brought it to Latta to me on her way home to my job. I would definitely recommend this subway. She went above and beyond and she didn’t have to. Extremely satisfied customer!!“
“Not sure who was working tonight, but I sat in the drive thru about 15-20 mins. I had to get out & go inside and for the young man to say “they forgot”. I could see customers in the front engaging in more of conversation, which more than likely resulted in the forgetfulness. My food was good, but the service could have been better. First time ever experiencing that at this location.“
