About five years ago we stopped going to Bovine's - became disappointing. On the advice of a friend we went back. Glad we did because there's been a good overhaul there. The interior has been improved as has the value. Our dinners were delicious! Excellent filets, perfectly prepared. Service could be better.

First time there, and won't be the last. Great menu with so many dishes to choose from. We did steak, and it was delicious and cooked perfectly to order, Great soup, fresh grilled vegetables, and super potatoes stuffed with crabmeat and wrapped with bacon. Saw other plates from fresh seafood to stone oven pizza. Staff couldn't be nicer and attentive. Clean neat, great view. ?

Stopped at Bovines to try their Restaurant Week offering. The gumbo appetizer was ample, tasty, but a little salty. The 6oz filet was done perfectly and was melt in your mouth delicious. The baked crab stuffed potato was very creative and again delicious. The grilled veggies were a perfect accompaniment. The 3rd course was baked apple bread pudding. Very, very good. All this for $35. Definitely glad we went. The offer is good all week.

The food is awesome! Our server was great! My only issue is the seating and the hostess and I don’t think I’ve ever had to criticize a hostess before! We were 1st seated by the hostess in a room adjacent to the bar area (which was almost full). This room had absolutely no appeal, was in front of the kitchen (as was the table we were seated) where all the servers were coming thru with orders. The table was like a McDonald’s booth! There was only 1 other table with customers in this room and they left within a few minutes so we were absolutely the only diners in this area. Talk about feeling like misfits!!!! I went to the hostess and asked her if we could sit in the bar area (where everyone else in the restaurant were seated) because I spotted at least 1 table that just needed cleaned. She said “No” it was dirty. I said we’ll wait for it to be cleaned and she still said “No”. She then said there was another room that looked out over the water. I said “we’ll take it!” We were then led to another empty room that was freezing. You couldn’t see outside the windows because of the overhead bright lights! The heat was sporadic so we just went back up to the table by the kitchen and ate alone in the 1st room.Food - A+Server - A+Hostess - FAmbiance - F

Always good food when we eat here. Tried the wood fire pizza tonight. Blackened shrimp Alfredo pizza. Nice size personal pizza. Crust is soft and bubbly, not to thick but not to thin. Good amount of shrimp and the Alfredo sauce was great. Waitress was friendly and accommodating. It was a Wednesday evening that we where there, not to crowded, bar area seemed to be enjoying themselves while there was plenty of seating in the different dining areas. Able to view the chef grilling steaks as we waited for our food.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available and marked on the menu. Including a delicious molten lava chocolate cakeParking: Lot in front of restaurant plus larger lot across the street. During the busy season parking is at a premium.

Was not impressed with the pizza at all. Asked the waitress for red onion and asked if the mushrooms were fresh or canned she said fresh. Brought my pizza with white onion and canned mushrooms? just not my cup of tea. Could be a great place to eat if they jazzed up the interior and made their bathrooms
Went to dinner with four people, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Pizza, salsd, soup and fillet dinners all very tasty. Service was very good; , waitress was attentive and courteous.

From Michigan. Family was in the area a few weeks ago. Recommended Wahoo’s but they were closed for maintenance. Came here to Bovine’s and they didn’t disappoint. Baby back ribs and Flounder. So satisfying. So well prepared. Great portions. Thank you, Joyce for the excellent service too!

There were 6 of us, 4 adults, 2 children. The appetizers were just what we wanted to start. Each dish was mouth-watering and perfectly made. Portions were large & were still delicious reheated the next day. The service was a little slow, but we were never ignored. We were in good company, so we had plenty of time to talk and enjoy being out.Kid-friendliness: There's a simple kid menu that doubled as a coloring sheet.
