Went for dinner last night. Ordered and after waiting 25 Minutes for food the waitress approached us and asked what we had ordered and told us that there had been a mix up in the kitchen and our food ticket did not have a table number on it. She said our food was ready and would be right out, when it came it was ice cold! Frites, ice cold. She did not Come back to check on us for about 20 minutes so we are cold food. You would think that they would have refired the food rather than delivering food that had been sitting cold. No apology no concern. Left very disappointed. Especially for a restaurant of This status.
The food is delicious. Lunch menu had good options. Our serve4 was nice and it is a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.

We had fantastic, very attentive and prompt service from Griselda—it was a great way to celebrate my birthday early. Drinks and food were characteristically good (tacos, enchiladas, and a Del Mar salad), and the music was awesome as always. We will be back again soon!

Best authentic Mexican food on the beach - reasonable prices, great service and a perfect-sized menu. Homemade sauce and fresh! Griselda is phenomenal and one of the friendliest serves we’ve ever had anywhere!

Best Mexican Food and Amazing Service!
Luna Mexican Bar and Grill in Murrells Inlet is hands down my favorite spot! Every time I visit, I make sure to order the Carne Asada Quesadilla—it’s absolutely incredible. The flavors are rich and the portion is generous, leaving me satisfied every single time. And don’t even get me started on the Mexican rice—it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had!
What really makes Luna stand out, though, is the outstanding customer service. Grace, in particular, is always so welcoming and kind. She goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is perfect. Whether it’s checking in at just the right moment or offering a warm smile, her attention to detail makes the dining experience even better.

I would say this is a more upscale Mexican restaurant. The prices are higher but worth it. They give you chips with 3 different salas, which is nice. Husband ordered the Texan fajitas and said best he has ever had. That is saying a lot since that is always what he orders at every Mexican restaurant we go to. He said everything tasted so fresh and cooked perfectly. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with mole. It was extremely good. It is unusual to find a Mexican restaurant that has true authentic mole sauce. Glad we chose this restaurant to have Mexican food.

The food is very delicious, this time I tried the salmon with green mole, the flavor was very rich, and the salmon was a good size, the only thing I needed was more mole sauce, I had very little, my husband ate the lamb with mole And, the same with the issue of mole, it had very little mole, I understand that for the dish to look pretty, the amount they put is adequate, but it would be great if they put a ramiki on the side with a little more of mole, for both salmon and lamb
