placed a 67.00 + dollar order tonight online, i order a specialty alfredo pizza a large xtra cheese 8 piece garlic parm wings n a 30 piece otder of the boneless buffalo bites........waited my estimated 45 min had 3 hungry kids it was already like 7:56pm and got a call from a gentleman that his new driver dropped my food at the wrong door (social distancing, no contact delivery) the gentleman told me if she wasnt back in 5 minutes they were honna have to remake n resend my family's...read full review
The new phone service that automatically answers for orders is irritating. Its not in this state and therefore the answering service are relatively clueless. They ask a lot of unnecessary questions. They are scripted and it makes ordering take much longer. They are friendly, however don't speak english well. Its not ideal and quite frankly makes us hesitant on calling in an order. Not a fan. And thats frustrating because we enjoy Papa Johns and we like our Garden City location....read full review
