I’ve ordered from this location twice now and order extra seasoning on the fries which never happens and the first time I upsized the fries to a large and again they were not. Today I placed my order online and no extra seasoning and my drink was suppose to be half tea/half lemonade and I get half sweet tea/half unsweet! I checked my order to make sure I ordered correctly and I did! Employees need to pay better attention to the orders!

The food is fresher, the service is faster, and the restaurant is immaculate. Staff are super friendly and nice. The drive thru is fast and friendly. Customers wish the franchise was in the Cleveland Ohio area and hope Zaxby's will bring back the onion rings.
