American Tap House offers a variety of beer and a selection of appetizers and burgers. The calamari has tender meat but is served with a thin layer of marinara sauce that may be insufficient for some. The TapHouse burger and Swiss/Mushroom Burger received average ratings, possibly due to frozen patties. On a positive note, the local nut brown ale was rich and smooth, and the service is commendable. However, there were issues with a poorly made cocktail and unclean glasses. The interior boasts a nice, high ceiling design.
