Like, no joke. This location goes above and beyond!

So, around a *year* ago, I got a box of cookies from Crumbl. Unfortunately, it turns out the ants in my house love delicious cookies too and invaded my box.

I emailed the store and they were really generous. Even though the ant issue was 100% my fault and not theirs, they still valued my experience and told me the next time I came in they'd give me a free box!

I happen to come across a string of bad luck shortly after that and wasn't able to take them up on it. I lost my car and more...

One night, I remembered the offer of a free box of cookies and decided to ride my bike to the store and see if they'd still honor it. Just as I got there, they locked to door (lol). They were kind and let me in anyway, and I honestly felt embarrassed asking to honor a free coupon from a year ago especially since they were closing.

They were so kind and told me I wasn't causing them any discomfort. They understood that life got hard for me and they still wanted me to have a good experience even if it was a year later.

Like, wow. They really cared a lot about me as an individual. They had no obligation to do any of the things they did to make my experience better. I ruined my cookies, I forgot about the free coupon for a year, I showed up as they were closing. They did absolutely nothing wrong, yet did everything they could to make things right for me.

“Our hotel recommended Toffino's when I ask for a good pizza and we were not disappointed! And when we saw the fresh pastries my wife was sold! I have been making canollies for her at home because there is no place close to us and now I have to step up my game. “Trustworthy, delicious, and friendly bakery. Accommodating of milk, wheat, and nut allergies (kid 1) and egg allergy (kid two). They could pick from everything in the store. We had chocolate chip cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and bundt cakes. I would serve all of it to a crowd without hesitation. Highly recommend and we will probably be back before leaving town.“

“CINNAHOLIC GOURMET CINNAMON ROLLS Cinnaholic is a terrific dessert place. The desserts are like a Sundae on a Cinnamon Bun. There are many different toppings to choose from! I went today, June 18, 2025, around noon. Erik made my wonderful order and put a generous amount of toppings on the four cinnamon buns. Yes, four! Go big or go home. lol 😂. The cinnamon buns in the display cases are a work of art. I selected the Banana Split, Bananas Foster, Myrtle Beach Barbie (raspberries!) and a "build your own" cinnamon roll with caramel toppings and marshmallows. The toppings are very generous and delicious! The cinnamon bun is smooth and scrumptious and filled with cinnamon, of course! All freshly made while you wait. The prices are very reasonable for the (large!) amount you get! Pretty, very clean and air-conditioned inside. You can take out or dine in. I was in a big quandary as to which one to try first when I got home 🤣😂. I opted for the banana split and it was heavenly! Very highly recommended and great staff! Erik was very pleasant to speak to, while I was deciding which to order. I called and thanked him for making the dessert so deliciously, after I ate about half of the banana split cinnamon bun. I'll be back!“

They explained they’re unfortunately short staffed however, the two women working were so very kind and quick! “Stopped by Jupiter pies to pick up some goodies. I bought a whole apple crisp pie and a mini pecan pie. The Apple crisp pie was AMAZING and the pecan pie was to die for! If you have not tried her bread pudding, you absolutely need too. I fee Ms. Jupiter has the best customer! Highly recommend and definitely will be back!“

“Great place for Tastee Cake brand treats and many other baked goods and bread choices. Bread is an average of$1 a loaf. Raisin bread, rolls, thick sliced bread etc. Some items in there are a little higher in price as they don't seem to be part of the outlet close to outdated items....new deliveries come in every night so first thing in the morning would give you a better choice of popular items.“

“My daughter wanted pretzel bites on Sunday while we were at Broadway at the beach, we asked one of the side vendors if she had any without butter, she didnt, but kindly offered to call the store to have them make some for us so our wait would be shorter. We made our way to the store, and were pleasantly surprised when the gentleman staff member not only assured us the pretzel bites were cooking, but also inquired as to our reasoning for no butter (he instantly asked if it was an allergy, which it was) he also assured us the pretzel bites were prepared without touching anything else, and he got fresh untouched tongs with fresh sleeved pretzel bites which was not touched by anything else to prevent cross contamination. We have dealt with isolation and prejudices due to my daughters food allergies. The staff members of your facility took extra steps to include her and ensure her safety, no words can express how much this meant to us both. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.“
