I come here when we’re in town to grab cleaner products - snacks, lotion, aloe, vitamins, etc. - if I’ve forgotten something from home and they always have exactly what I need. I’ve been meaning to get food and haven’t had the chance, but definitely plan on it. The staff are always so nice and helpful too!

I used to love this place but today!!!! I was told that they would not take back a loaf of freezer burned bread because it was thawed out??? Viola is amazing but the man there would not honor the stores own item after this good customer spent well over 200 dollars there this week alone! Poor customer service.. they lost a customer I will miss Viola!

Our meal was delicious. We had the lentil burger and mushroom Swiss sandwich. Chef’s kiss! Don’t forget your dessert😉 you won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back!

Rushed us as soon as we walked in after driving an hour to get there, We had 45 minutes till close, I asked for a good vitamin C Lady recommended a Liposomal Vitamin C, as she kept saying they were closing on the dot, it was 39 dollars and had Ethanol in it we realized when we got home, just threw it away as it was not worth the gas or time to go back, Not a Good Experience

She kept me aware that is was on the invoice and the truck was being unpacked. She saw me later in an aisle, and asked if I needed further assistance finding anything! Love it, love it, love it. I love the Philly Tempeh with the quinoa side salad. Now I'm in love with the dill chicken salad and herb potato salad. Actually I love the whole menu ... like the grilled chicken Ceasar wrap ... should I go on? New favorite is the Curried Chicken Salad. LOVE IT!

Picked up a birthday cake to be made for my friend with a very particular diet. The other GF bakery always has a long wait, but Bay Naturals has now 3x gotten me sorted. Each time the cakes have been amazing. Even I helped demolish them. This time it had the cannoli filling per the recommendation. It did not disappoint. The other baked goods i purchased on the way out were equally fantastic
