Fantastic selection, and don’t miss their cafe! The food is amazing and the staff is fantastic too. It’s food that you can feel great about and if it’s a pretty day, the outside area is a great place to sit complete with a little fireplace.

I’ve visited this store multiple times, and the same cashier an older woman with gray hair consistently comes across as rude and dismissive. She rarely acknowledges customers, makes you feel like you’re bothering her. Customer service is a big part of the experience, I'm hoping her lack of customer service improves in 2026.

Build your own omelet was perfection 🤌🏻
I just moved down to MB and my mom and I were looking for an herbal/natural store. This place is great! Very similar to the health food stores we're used to back in NYC. All the supplements and herbs and organic foods you can think of. We also tried a couple of thier sandwiches. My mom had the Mozzarella melt (not it's technical name, i forgot) it had Avocado and basil and it was on a sourdough bread. She said it was really delicious. I had the salmon sandwich which also came with Avocado, Lettuce pickle with tarter sauce and my choice of tortilla chips on the side. Soooooo good. Next time I go back I'm getting the beyond burger...playing it safe. But they have a full list of eats including smoothies and juices. This is a great place and definitely going back! Make sure you check it out!!
Oh! And there eats have VEGAN options and (possibly) gluten-free options!

Friendly staff, great food, great vegan options
Ate lunch here with a large group of vegan friends, selected because they have vegan options. We were planning on sitting outside in their great outdoor area but the chilly November wind changed our minds. Because we were a group, I called the manager the month before and the day before. The manager was polite and helpful and assured me they would be ready for us inside or out. Once there the manager came over and introduced herself to the group and made sure everyone was taken care of.
The staff were friendly and prompt. The menu is clear on what items are vegan so ordering is super easy. We had the vegan Ruben and all day burrito. Delicious. The others in our group had the lentil soup or lentil burger and everyone loved their order. We all had dessert, just over the top delicious! And they have desserts to go, too!!! We had such a great time, this really would be the perfect place to bring friends or family from out of town where you want a special breakfast or lunch in an informal setting.

Nice to find a place with healthy vegan food options! Staff was friendly, food was fresh and outdoor patio was dog friendly! Updated from previous review on 2025-10-23
My wife is a vegan and this one of her favorite spots in Myrtle Beach, she loves the different meals they have and I love the lentil soup. Also we enjoy grabbing some health products too.

The cafe in the back is incredible!! So many amazing vegan options. Not everything is vegan but they are clearly labeled and each option is delicious. The staff is friendly. There’s a small speciality grocery store attached/front of cafe. Outdoor and indoor seating. Such a vibe. 10/10 recommend!!

I experience the rudest customer service ever EVERY time from an older woman with glasses. She never acknowledges your existence when you go up to the register, and is extremely snarky and just awful! It makes me not even want to go in there! It’s a shame, because every other employee has been nothing but nice to me.

I am not one who writes many reviews, this being only my second one in Myrtle Beach. At the beginning of September I bought a product I have purchased at Bay Naturals for months, it was usually between $17-20. When I purchased it in September it was $26 which I was surprised about, but I didn’t have time to order it online so I paid for it even though the shelf tag read $19.99. It’s October 6th and I went to purchase the item again, the shelf tag still says $19.99 and it rang up at $26.
I questioned the check out clerk whom I learned was the owner. After I questioned her about the price vs. the shelf tag she tried to justify the incorrect labeling saying they were short staffed. So in over a month, correct pricing isn’t possible b/c you’re short staffed? An argument ensued and she refused to honor the shelf tag. I have worked in many places including retail and I’ve never had a business, much less the owner, not honor an error in pricing. As a business owner it’s your responsibility to deliver honest pricing to your customers even if that means you change the shelf tags yourself. I was trying to support a local business, but every item in that store is overpriced and I will never shop there again. I hope the $6 was worth losing a customer.. I also checked the price of the same item on Vitacost.com and they’re charging $15.79..way to price gouge your customers.

If you enjoy a side of being screamed at and treated less than for absolutely NO reason then sure go for it.
Unfortunately I witnessed poor customer service today. There was a manager yelling at customers and talking to them aggressively. Their lack of respect for paying customers really made me uncomfortable and it ruined a Saturday outing with my grandparents
