Still waiting for my refund that I was promised due to having to clean my own room at check in. I had no where else to go with my family being a long way from home and it being late. Multiple staff members talked to someone they said was the supervisor or manager and got off the phone to say it was approved but to come back for them to do it. Then it was said it had to be refunded to booking.com. I contacted booking.com when I got home and I find out the property has denied the request from booking.com. I tried to be understanding being as I have worked in this industry before and not leave an honest review because the room served its purpose and luckily we was only in it to sleep. But I did not get what I paid for and am at the point of taking further action soon. Will update review at later time. With pictures.

My husband booked us a short beach get away. We stay in old run down “mom and pop” type places all the time. We don’t mind old places and like the character they usually have. However, this place is nasty dirty. The floor was sticky, cobwebs all over, stains on nearly everything. At least is was ocean front. I stayed at the beach every second I could because the room was so awful.

Great oceanfront view! The pool is nice and good bang for your buck Crappy WiFi and no maid service, but not upset due to view.
