I want to start off by saying Jules and Nickel were some of the best front desk people I have ever had the chance to deal with. We had an issue with out reservation and these two amazing people were not only there for us, helped us with finding the best solution. The hotel has a great location to the beach and amenities around. The shuttle service that is offered by the hotel is really nice because it lets you explore so much more. Overall a great trip.
Ms. Shonda T, at the front desk, is A-MAZING!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants, entertainment, and details regarding the overall resort. My husband and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary, and Shonda went out of her way to make us feel special. Our gratitude to Shonda for her genuine hospitality and care for us as guests.
