Our room is hideous, unclean and a disappointment. My husband and I chose to visit Myrtle Beach for our Anniversary. The hotel is not of standard, disgusting out rooms, the outdoor ocean view rooms are horrible. Yes the views will be beautiful but the rooms are unacceptable. We traveled from Dallas, TX and we are heartbroken about our room. We even upgraded our Hilton Grand Vacation room to this room.l for an additional fee. The manager's response was, " my list shows vacant, cleaned and available", how rude and unprofessional to quote your daily task sheet to a guest. Then you offered another hideous room. Hilton thank you for ruining our first Myrtle Beach experience.

I made a reservation for an ocean-view room, and instead, I got a roof-view room with a terrible smell of dirty wet carpet. At check-in, the attending lady was not friendly. When I complained about my room, they refused to give us a different room. They blamed it as a marketing strategy for selling the room with an "ocean view name." Customer service has zero concern for customer satisfaction. Nobody helped you at all in this place. I'm very disappointed with the Hilton Myrtle Beach resort

I want to start off by saying Jules and Nickel were some of the best front desk people I have ever had the chance to deal with. We had an issue with out reservation and these two amazing people were not only there for us, helped us with finding the best solution. The hotel has a great location to the beach and amenities around. The shuttle service that is offered by the hotel is really nice because it lets you explore so much more. Overall a great trip.

Ms. Shonda T, at the front desk, is A-MAZING!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants, entertainment, and details regarding the overall resort. My husband and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary, and Shonda went out of her way to make us feel special. Our gratitude to Shonda for her genuine hospitality and care for us as guests. Just arrived. The exterior is pretty dated, in fact, so is the majority of the hotel . They updated it with some pretty furniture but the age shows. Not as clean as I’d like, elevators are pretty gross. We’ll see how the rest of the stay goes. Will try to keep an open mind. First time in Myrtle Beach, maybe I’m expecting too much.

Great stay, clean and everything you need in one place. Nickel was great, very friendly and kept me updated on Diamond benefits. Pool was very clean, plenty of areas for relaxing, and a convenient bar to eat or drink near the water.

Food was good.Service and value was the worst I ever had.Took 2 hours to get our food which consisted of a grilled chicken sandwhich with fries, salad and a kids meal which came with a crustable, yogurt, and goldfish for 46 dollars.You don't have to cook a salad or crustable or yogurt or goldfish.I know your busy but come on...And 46 bucks for that?But a shoutout to the bar tender who assisted my wife was really cool and nice. He felt bad and gave her a free drink the next day for the horrible service, so that was cool.

We had an amazing stay and Nickel our check in person was beyond amazing!! He really helped us throughout our trip and made sure we had everything we needed! Would definitely would stay again and recommend family and friends to stay.
