Not only do I love ice cream, but the chocolate brownie ice cream was delish, witerally. The ice cream was so yummy and the service was good so I decided to tip 1.00$ ?each bite got better and better it made me want to love surge, thank you for changing my life Ben and Jerry’s, you are my sunshine

Horrible experience. Went in to get ice cream, my best friend went to the front to grab a water and decided to grab it after we got our ice cream because the employees were in the back. Got her ice cream and went outside and sat on a bench to eat (after purchasing 2 waters at checkout), where an employee walked out and found us and accused my friend of taking money out of the tip jar. All she did was look at the waters, which are directly by the register, but decided to wait because we had to wait on the employees to come out to the front anyway . The employee followed us OUTSIDE by the water and went to us on a bench and told us that the manager was watching on the cameras, and if she took something out of the tip jar that she would know about it. If the employees would have been out by the ice cream in the first place, them she would have been able to show them she was trying to grab a water in the first place. To follow us outside without any factual evidence of her “taking anything” is absolutely insane. Completely unprofessional, will never be back here again.
Amazing is all I can say. Wonderful portions. They don't skimp. A flavor for everyone. So many different combinations.
