We absolutely love Bonefish grill and we make sure to eat there regularly. The staff/customer service is unmatched! We ate at the one at Myrtle beach (Kings Hwy?) for our anniversary in Dec ‘22 and previous yrs. We were given a complimentary slice of the Key Lime Cake…Jesus! So very good! We were also there this past weekend and got takeout. I called re: a minor inconvenience with our order after we had returned to our hotel. Chris was so apologetic and promised to make it right which he did the next day. Also to my surprise, they gave us a “complimentary” to go order of their delicious bread even though they weren’t opening until an hour later. I love that stuff and the dipping oil. Delicious food, great staff is a win win!

I ordered dinner from Bonefish through Uber Eats on my last night of vacation. I ordered the Lily’s Chicken, which was very flavorful and filling. My husband ordered the Bonefish signature pasta and was very displeased with the taste. We’ve ordered from Bonefish several times before, and he said this was the worst meal he’s ever eaten from the restaurant. The food was also not packaged well, and there was oil and pasta sauce spilled in the bag. Would not recommend this specific bonefish grill.

Silverware was dirty. The bang bang shrimp was by far the worst I have ever had. The presentation of the broccoli was horrible with brown caps. The crab cakes were not good at all. My girlfriend ordered chicken and fries. The fries were very salty. The salad was horrible. Brown lettuce and didn’t look fresh at all. This is definitely not like the ones back home in VA.

Although we had a 30 minute wait, (because it was a holiday) I was still satisfied with the service. It was also my sister’s birthday weekend. When she placed her order they were out of what she wanted twice. The manager came out and talked with her and he accommodated her tremendously. I was very pleased he did that for her. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone. Great service

We started with a bowl of crab chowder which was very good, and shared an order of Bang Bang Shrimp. It's got a nice little spicy bite to it . We finished with crab and corn salads with mango on a bed of arugula; absolutely delicious. Happened to mention to the waitress that we were on our honeymoon and she brought us each a glass of champagne on the house.

Our server Karen was great and super knowledgeable about the menu.We went back today just because dof the great service and Autumn lived up to those expectations! She was friendly and timely. She even drew us some pictures on our togo boxes. ❤️

To start with, the server was efficient and knowledgeable. Keenan D. had mentioned he was fresh out of training and he seemed to be very aware of the menu which was a big hit in my book! He suggested appetizers and did a two bite check. The managing partner, Chris C., seemed to be on top of his staff and even checked on tables as he walked by them. I appreciated the gesture of that, and that he was accessible to his team in a friendly manner. Overall the food was fresh and tasteful, not too over seasoned and a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy a nice Friday night dinner! Thank you to all of the staff of the establishment :)

One of the best bonefish experiences i have ever had. Everything that came to the table was delicious. The drinks were perfect, my favorite being the pomagrante martini. Our server, jake, was very friendly, had an awesome smile, was attentive, and put up with me and my rowdy friends. We had a ball from when we entered to leaving out the door.

Food Excellent. Hostess Rude. The food and wait staff were superb. I want to lead with those facts. Our meal was wonderful. However, the woman acting as hostess almost caused us to leave before we were seated. We made reservations. We brought a baby in a stroller that converted to a car seat. I believe the regular hostess stepped away from the front. I’m not sure if a manager was filling in—-but she was awful. She turned to another hostess & said, “The stroller can’t stay. She has to do something with it.” Standing right there—-I said, “It converts to a car seat.” Again—-speaking to the other person seating us rather than to me, she said, “She HAS to do something with it.” She then looked at me to say that the “baby” made it a reservation for 5, not 4. (Not one kind or accommodating thing came out of her mouth.) We were seated by the employees with manners (& actually were never provided with the base for the car seat)—but the stroller version of the equipment fit & was not in the way. The Bang Bang Shrimp, steak, Mahi Mahi, Parm Trout, & Chicken were fantastic. The other staff & wait staff were amazing. The restaurant was only half full—-probably the lack of charm exhibited by the opening act. Kudos to everyone there who had to make up for the ugliness. (The baby didn’t make a peep, btw.)

Starting off this place was a little difficult to find. My family I are not from the Myrtle Beach area and it was honestly a little tricky navigating our way around. This restaurant was sort of tucked away in a group of other shops. I would not exactly call this place a diamond in the rough. I ordered the salmon and it was pretty good, not too complicated which I always appreciate especially nowadays. The service was a bit lackluster however. It took a bit longer than it should have to get us our food, even though we were not eating at a busy time. This place was just overall very average in general.

Bonefish Grill is one of my favorite restaurants. The Bang Bang Shrimp is a perennial favorite. All seafood selections I have ever ordered have been outstanding, and this visit was no exception with the shrimp and scallops being delicious. However, for the first time in a visit to Bonefish, 2 people in our party ordered steaks. Both people described their steaks as “chewy.” One ordered a filet, the other a sirloin, both medium rare. So I write this to warn others not to order steaks here. That is really too bad, because I would love for Bonefish to be a restaurant for groups of friends to be able to dine together where some of the group want to get a good steak. The second “miss” was regarding the side dish of macaroni and cheese. While the pasta was correctly cooked, the dish lacked in flavor. There was very almost no cheese and very little flavor. It had the appearance and consistency of Kraft macaroni and cheese without the flavor. This side dish needs an upgrade.
