Another wonderful dinner at Cafe Amalfi. Best view and Server (George) on the grand strand. The swordfish was delish. Free valet parking! I'll be back.
The soft shell crab sandwich was expertly prepared and the service was wonderful. All this and overlooking the Ocean. Wonderful!
Their new menu is outstanding and extremely creative. Service is outstanding along with the million dollar oceanfront views.
We had a fantastic dinner. Our server George and the hostess Karen were gems. The view of the ocean was spectacular. We will be back again when we're are in MB.
We went for my fiancé's birthday and had a wonderful evening. The food was fantastic and the hospitality was amazing. George made the evening truly amazing. Could not recommend this experience higher.
We had catch of the day and the pork chop. Both were excellent. Our server George was the best. Hostess Monnie was professional and pleasant. Kayce another server was also helpful. Frank was our valet and very friendly.
Very excellent service. Our waiter Kaycee was very accommodating to my food allergies and the staff was pleasant
Our server, George, was attentive and helpful. The food was beautifully prepared and presented, and the view of the ocean unmatched.
We had two great dinners here. The food was outstanding- get the catch of the day special. It's always delicious! Donovan was out server and he was absolutely wonderful and made our dinner a great experience two nights! Karen the hostess was so sweet and kind. When I'm Myrtle Beach, dine here!
ordered lobster mac and cheese. it was a watery cream sauce throw. i top of pasta and served with a “broiled “ lobster that was still raw in the middle and burnt on the top. they kindly offered my another option but if that's the chefs level of care / no thank. too bad / beautiful restaurant and amazing view. should have been an enjoyable dinner at those prices.

First, George (our server) is absolutely FANTASTIC! He has been serving diners at Cafe Amalfi for 34 years. He was our server about 15 years ago and we were so pleased to find out he was still here. The food, however, was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the beef tournedos and the plate came out swimming in gravy so it was hard to distinguish the beef from the mushroom and vegetables. My wife ordered the seafood diavolo. It included a good amount of seafood (shrimp, scallops, and salmon) which were overpowered by the sauce. In our opinion, this dish would be much better in a more delicate sauce (butter, garlic, lemon, and olive oil). Items are on the pricey side, so preparation and presentation should approach perfection.
The view from our table was spectacular and service was outstanding. The wedge salad is delicious but sadly the linguine al Diablo was disappointing. The marinara sauce was only so so. My friends got the special (pork tenderloin) and that looked better. However we went on Easter Sunday so maybe that was a factor. Also this is in a hotel so lots of families and noisy kids(😎) so not the most romantic restaurant! Casey, our server, was superb.
Food was average. The cost of Easter brunch was ridiculous as the food was not good. Reserved to get a table by main windows and was denied those tables. Would not recommend.
Delicious Easter brunch with a variety of vegetable, protein and sweet desserts. It was the perfect meal with family coupled with a fabulous view of the ocean..
We loved our dinner. The view is remarkable. The dining room was lovely. Our waiter George was fun, super friendly and a true professional . Highly recommend this restaurant!
