Somewhat disappointing for the price. Our veggies and potatoes were barely warm although the steak and seafood were very good. Wait staff were not very attentive.

Went on a rainy Sunday evening. Place was only about 1/3 full. Why do they take me to the worst table in the place? We asked to be moved and reluctantly they move us to a better spot. She crab soup was really good. My wife ordered salmon and requested a different sauce. No problem. The sauce that was intended for the fish was ice cold. Who ever heard of cold bearnaise? I had shrimp and grits. The grits were tasteless. The shrimps were plentiful with good andouille sausage and a good gravy. We had to track down our server to get the check. Maybe it was a bad night. Been here before and had a much better experience. Like everywhere prices have gone up but I thought it a tad expensive.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Excellent service. Cry good food and lovely ambiance. It is definitely a restaurant I will go back to! We were celebrating my Mother's 84th birthday and they were so accommodating.

Love this restaurant! We visited MB for 6 days and had dinner there twice. On both occasions we had Chris as our waiter. Chris was extremely attentive and very nice to chat with. The food is always good, hot and reasonably priced. The warm, cozy atmosphere, good service and food bring us back every year.

Food and service were excellent. Reasonable price and they offer small plates that are adequate also. Their house salad is awesome.

We dine at Chestnut Hill every visit to Myrtle Beach, a few times a year. The food is always delicious & we enjoy the quiet atmosphere. I would suggest that you slow the pace of your dinner service. We have even asked that each course be served apart from the next, but each course comes in quick fashion. We don't like to rush our dinner service.

Lovely view. Wonderful food. Our server Michael was outstanding. A nice night out for date night.

Seafood was rotten and no one had something that tasted close to edible. One in our party had diarrhea later that evening from the seafood.

The fries and drinks were good but they use cheap cherries in their mixed drinks.

The lagoon view and main room is nice. The fake sticker library room is super random.

Our server was very kind and helpful. The host was also very kind, helpful, and receptive to being informed about the meal. They both deserve better food.

As we left a cook ordered pizza to their own restaurant. Makes sense, a comfortable place but not for the food available.

I've been coming here for 20 years and have enjoyed every meal until 9/19/25. I had grouper oscar, the grouper tasted old, no crab meat, the sauce was.cold and the asparagus were tough and inedible. So disappointing. The service was sub par. Not what I expected, unsure if I will continue too recommend to friends. The experience just saddens me.
