Food was great and workers work fast. Asked for vinaigrette they said they had none then they ended up bringing us some while we waited on our Lyft we were so happy Ty so much

Horrible experience. They completely skimp you on the food. Do Not Order from here. They will not refund you and the MANAGER will give you a business card and tell you to leave the restaurant. I drove 20 to return my food and was treated like garbage by the manager, I think her name was Brittney if it matters. Calling corporate to complain and also calling DoorDash because they are making DoorDash look bad and now I won't order from them.

The Chipotle was probably the best we have ever had. You would think that they could be fairly consistent restaurant to restaurant but they’ve not. This one has very tasty food, ready on time and they got the order exactly right. Highly recommend

My husband went in to get chips and caso and when he got out to the car the chips were stale so he went back in to ask for fresh chips and the cashier handed him more stale chips so he asked for a manager who told him she was refusing his service took the chips he paid for and asked him to leave and told him if he wanted a refund he can call the 1800 number her name was Brittany! What a horrible woman.

Talk about a restaurant going down hill. Ingredients prepared off-site, dirty restaurant, flavorless meat, smaller portions for more money. The last (and *last*) time I went they did not even have chesse. You really dont have cheese? At a Chipotle? No offer for a discount on my meal or queso as a substitute. Nothing. So not only did Chipotle permanently lose a customer, they had to toss two already made burritos.Hope the $20 in lost potential revenue and the wasted food cost was worth not giving a 10% discount.

Slow. So freaking slow. Placed an order and it was supposed to be ready at 9. Marked the order as ready even though it wasn't ready and needed another 15 minutes! To top it off staff was rude when I came back in to get my order and I was told it would take another 15 minutes. At this point it's 30 minutes past my pick up time. I just waited an hr ur for them to tell me they were out of everything. I worked for Chipotle in the past and I know you aren't to mark orders as ready until the order is actually ready. So the customer can cancel just in case something like this happens. I feel like everybody that was working on the pickup line should be fired. This is completely unacceptable. I should not be waiting an hour to find out that they were out of everything that I ordered.

This is so aggravating, spend $50 on food and the morons working can't even read the ticket. Worst order I've ever had .
I truly believe Chipotle must be going broke the last 4 Chipotle restaurants I have eaten at where out of key items. There were no chips, no lettuce, no pepper and onions, this one did have forks. I will need to find another travel restaurant if every Chipotle stays like this.

My spouse and I patronized your establishment at 2:20 PM today and were disappointed by the level of customer service provided. Additionally, we found the portion size to be inadequate. When we expressed our concerns, the staff member, identifiable as the blonde individual, exhibited an unprofessional attitude. We expect a higher standard of service and professionalism, particularly when addressing customer inquiries regarding the contents of our orders.
