Went here on Thursday. Couple of choices were empty at rush hour. Steak was one of them. Dirty tables, dirty floors, garbage overflowing. Counter where drinks and utensils are was dirty. They filled utensils while I sat there and nothing was done to wipe down the counter. Asked to speak to a manager. He came over I complained and his response “sorry thanks”. Never going back. Taco Bell going forward.
My wife went here today for lunch and was harassed by the manager Brittany over her service animal . Screamed across the entire restaurant and embarrassed her in front of a restaurant full of people. It was an awful experience that didn’t need to happen. Contacted corporate and still waiting to hear back hoping they will review the footage and see for themselves how out of line she was.

They food was not as good as usual, chicken had fat still on it. Person who rung me up, not that enthusiastic about his people skills and the inside of the restaurant was filthy. Trash cans over flowing, trash and food on the floor and prep area not as clean as the NMB location. Won't be back at that location.
