I stopped by before my flight. I ordered a Classic Roll with a Caramel Frappe with Whip cream. A colleague ordered a Classic Roll just before me but they had one cut from a fresh roll while mine was pulled from the display case already boxed. It tasted fine but was interesting that she didn't get the same thing I did. During my transaction, I noticed Kadence was yelling at customers to stand in a line in a different direction to clear the walkway. The second time she did...

The scent coming out of this Cinnabon infiltrates the surrounding area at this airport. It pulled us to it like those known cartoon images ? it was so worth it! It was delicious. Friendly service as well.

I love Cinnabon! This one isn’t really all that bad. Unpleasant service from staff seems to be given to customers who are particularly unpleasant themselves. Don’t believe the bad reviews you read. They are written by people who have nothing better to do with their time. I don’t understand why people waste their time trashing establishments with hard working employees. Our communities would greatly improve without all these haters. Peace
