There was a review from a Billy Workman who wrote a completely horrible review about Cinnabon a did not tell the whole story. Actually the staff and the employee Tessa are very sweet and accommodating. This lady started off with an attitude. She ordered by phone a dozen cinnamon rolls at 10am then was supposed to be there to pick them up by 3:20 and never showed up till 6:30.
