Terrible customer service and the cinnamon rolls are not made properly. They're too thick and dry with almost no cinnamon at all. Thin layers with cinnamon oozing out after being warmed up in the oven is what Cinnabon is all about. Unfortunately this is becoming a regular experience at the Coastal Grand Mall location.
