We have dined at multiple AYCE and this was the worst experience. When my husband spoke to the manager about the poor quality, overcooked and dried out food, he said that our expectations were too high and gave us a $10 gift certificate.
Food was ok but not really enough of a variety of seafood compared some other buffets. Service was great. The person dressed as a lobster made my kid happy. The ROACH though is why I don't recommend it. A huge one ran from the cold bar to underneath another customers booth. The staff saw it but it seemed like they tried to distract attention so all the other customers didn't see it.
I came down from North Carolina to visit for a few days. decided to give this place a try. I am not understanding why there's so many bad reviews. I am very honest with my reviews so im going to tell you exactly how this place is. the buffet is a bit expensive $ 51 a person however you can find a coupon in the coupon books that's like all over Myrtle check the welcome center. the coupon is $6 off each person you bring. all you can eat crab legs - yes they go fast but...read full review
