The restaurant was a stop on the way home, to NC. Being from NY, I drawn by the name of the place. Stepping inside I saw the typical pizza place. And then it hit us, the young Lady was obviously from NY because the attitude was awful. It was Sunday, about 3pm and already she was tense. We Ordered a spinach roll and a chicken roll. Fantastic! Get it Ohio Valley Style. The crust is cooked first with the sauce, then the cheese is added cold once it comes out of the oven. The sauce is a sweet sauce and a special blend of cheese makes it fantastic. This place isn't fancy, its just good. A big shout out to Sara, she is the hostess with the mostess and made the experience even better! KUDOs!

Staying in Surfside Beach for a couple of months and stopped in to check out New York Pizza. Pizza in New York has always been a favorite of mine and this was as close as I've come outside of New York. The crust was soft and light and the toppings were perfect.The owner Bennie was friendly and cordial and it was a pleasure to chat with him while I waited for my order. Great food, great service. Recommend it highly.
