Was not impressed with service, as I was handed two wrong drinks and then they were just taken out of my hand and handed to the other customer. Mostly coffee express shop on donuts and the 6 donuts I bought the box said strawberry spinkles and only 4 had sprinkles, would have been bad if I had 6 kids. Luckily I didn't, when I got my coffee finally, it was good. Don't think I'll visit this location again.

• Sad to say I won't come back to this location. They do not have a variety of donuts to pick from. Instead they made boxes of half a dozen in one random flavor. Ended up getting glazed and jelly. For it to be early in the morning the donuts were not fresh!!

Donuts are only available in pre-packaged boxes. Either 6 or 12 donuts of the same flavor, and only about 8 flavors available. You only see the boxes, not the donuts - we've had two boxes and the labels have been correct. But we don't always want 6 of the same donut, and they never have boxes of any of our favorites. There are a few muffins in a case, but no other pastries. Other reviews mentioned things like apple fritters but there is nothing like that now. We've been twice in two weeks and it's been the same both times. Super disappointing. Not sure if this is left over from COVID restrictions or because it is October instead of summer but it is not a true Dunkin Donuts experience.

Wow is this Dunkin’ Donuts impressive!! It is by far the most efficient dunks I have EVER been to. The staff of 2 is able to get everyone in and out quickly. I am super impressed!! Not only are they fast, the woman who was taking orders (I’m ashamed I didn’t get her name!) is so kind!!! She brought a smile to our faces every morning on our trip!!! I wish every Dunkin’ Donuts had an employee like her!!!

We were in myrtle beach the week of May 15th to 22nd. This was the only place we went to for iced coffee in the morning. There was only 1 staff member in there and she worked everyday by herself. What this woman did was absolutely amazing! She handled having a line forming before the store even opened by herself. She was fast and very polite. This woman deserves a raise!!! All dunkin donuts need to use this employee has an example of how all employees should be.

The two young lady's were very rude! They have us decaf coffee when we ordered just black coffee. We went up to the counter to let them know and they were sooo rude!!!
