Just stopped to pick up some donuts. The place was good. The person behind the donut counter was lovely. The donuts had way too much frosting dripping through the hole and into the bottom. They were a giant chocolate mess. Not sure if it was too warm in there or if someone new was doing the donuts and didn’t let them dry. My kids were a mess and that normally doesn’t happen.
I've been a 30+ years customer. A few times the service was disappointing, but still my go to place; there were 5-6 employees circled up while one employee was hustling. It was busy too. Pulled that employee to the side, commended him on the work he was doing, then tipped him a 20 and told him to keep up the great work.
The coffee is off the chain as always, but the manager in there was on the phone with someone screaming and using fowl language. Everyone in the lobby heard him. It was really bad. He should have stepped out back to have that conversation
