We're in the area for dance competition & I decided to visit after reading the reviews. These are the best drinks I've had besides Empower Nutrition in Gastonia NC. I've visited quite a few nutrition centers and the shakes & teas taste watered down. These are yummy & we'll be back whenever we're in the area.
We went here while on vacation! Teas taste amazing and everyone was SO friendly! I highly recommend elevate!
Protein shakes that taste great, kind and knowledgeable staff and close to me - what more could I ask for?!?

Elevate Nutrition is a highly-recommended spot for a quick and healthy bite, known for the absolute best protein smoothies in Myrtle Beach. With a variety of delicious options, including the popular "Pretty in Pink Tea" and "Banana Caramel Shake," customers can indulge in guilt-free treats. The "Cool Cucumber Breeze" and "Strawberry Cake with Chocolate Chips" are also fan favorites. The humble owner and kind staff provide exceptional service, often going above and beyond to accommodate requests, even serving healthy options before 9am.
Visitors and locals keep coming back for the consistently amazing drinks and fast, helpful service. The friendly staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect stop whether passing through or visiting regularly. With plenty of variety to fit every lifestyle, like the Reese’s plant-based protein with peanut butter powder for low-carb diets, there’s something for everyone. The care and quality put into every drink make it the best spot for protein shakes around, a perfect treat to end the work week. Elevate Nutrition is a must-visit for anyone looking for great gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar options. You won’t regret trying it!
